Use a SmokeHollow PS44 propane dual burner. I picked up the smoker from a local guy for 40.00. His wife just bought him a custom Traeger. Okay, one mans old smoker is another mans treasure. I refurbished the housing, cleaned out the inside, reseasoned, and completed the needle mod and mailbox mod. I can now keep smoke going straight for 10-12 hours with an AMNPS and Keep temps steady at any range I need. New to smoking but have now successfully smoked brisket, pork butt, and baby back ribs. Family thinks I’m some kinda of superhero with the delicious smoked meats. I think about smoking all the time and want to smoke something every weekend. I’m addicted to this smoking life. Glad to be part of this forum.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from another hot and humid September day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.   Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
