Smoking hamburgers ??

    So I am a newbie to smoking. Did anyone ever throw any woodchips onto charcoal while grilling burgers ? Is there any benefit to it ya think?

    Yeah Sure! The benefit is small but there and tasty. After all even without chips, they taste like Charcoal, which is better than Broiled...JJ

    No matter what I cook on the grill I add wood chips. It does give a nice subtle wood flavor to some burgers. Everything taste better in a wood smoke bath!
