Attempting my first cold weather smoke today. Pulled pork, it's what's for dinner!

Started a small (5.5 lb) butt at a little after 7am and it's about to hit the stall.

Only thing better than q-ing / smoking in the snow is having it snow while your doing it, at lest imho.

i love cooking in the cold and snow. it was 12 degrees here today and i babysat a 10 hour brisket cook in my cheap offset stick burner. food looks great
