This little guy forgot to go south for the winter. It likes to hang out by my balcony when I'm smoking. Can't figure out if it like the smell or the heat.

I would brine it first and then only 15 minutes I think it will dry out after 20 minutes and maybe you need to but a half a oice of bacon on it too. Hell keep looking maybe you can find enough of them for a good sandwich. Don't forget the Qview.
 
He didn't forget to go he was an outcast, from what I hear he was a cannibal and was thrown out of the group for feasting on delicious animals...no wonder he is hanging out watching the smoke, wondering how his buddy Franklin would taste with some thin blue smoke.
 
With no intention to hijack your thread... the best carne asada dinner I have ever had was at the Sunset Station Casino. They have a great mexican restaurant there that is very reasonable. Now back to yout thread; if he went south, he need pontoons to land.
