Got a 2 pack of choice tri tip at Costco. Good chance to test my new TP-20.
I also had a half eye of round that I injected with beef broth, garlic powder and fresh cracked black pepper. Both went into the Mes30 with the amps loaded with Hickory and Sweet maple.
Set temp to 240 tri tip was small so it came off 1st. Yum.
Eye of round stayed in to 140 IT. Wrapped and put in cooler for 1hr.
