1 tsp homemade chipotle powder

1 tsp paprika

3/4 tsp granulated garlic

3/4 tsp onion powder.

Into the smoker at 225º. Using Pitmaster blend pellets and some pecan in the frying pan.

Pellets burned well with the fan blowing on them. Had to use the cord. Too cloudy for the solar panel.
