smokin in the frozen tundra of ohio

Hey guys new here been smokin for years wore out two masterbuilt propane smokers and on my second char broil offset.Its just too much work trying to keep one of those cheap bastards smoking for 10-12 hrs ready to start my first build picking up my pipe this week 20x48 1/4 thick.
