Smoker on the way

Ordered my new smoker...going with electric after much consideration. MES 30. Wanted to see one, but it's a long haul from home. I live 75 miles from the nearest traffic light, so everything is usually ordered online. I am enjoying all the info everyone shares here on the forum, and I feel like I am ready. There is just way too much that I want to smoke !!! Hard to decide what to do first. Thank you all for sharing the great info & tips. Much appreciated by a newbie.
