Smoking beef burgers and juicy lucy's
later today and one of the guests doesn't eat red meat. Want to do the same with ground turkey but never have. Figured 250*,off at 160*+, tips on ingredients to keep moist is what I need. Thanks

We always add chopped onions & chopped garlic to our turkey burgers.
The water in the onions keep the turkey burgers moist.

Late to the party but think old school Grandma Meatloaf. For each pound turkey, add 1 egg, 1/2C Seasoned Bread Crumbs, plus anything you like for flavor. 1C fine diced Onion, 4oz can Green Chiles, Garlic, S & P, Etc...JJ

Only shot was the one I was about to dig into. Beef juicy lucy with sharp cheddar, medium rare. Really good, buns could have better but guests brought the buns. Used onions and green peppers for the turkey pulled @163*and they went over well, moist, thanks again al.
