Smoked rump roast for Indian Fry Bread

My wife was hankering for some Indian Fry Bread and asked me to get some meat together to put on it.

I smoked a rump roast on my WSM using hickory and brought it up to an IT of 138.

The Mrs. made the bread and some pico and we were off. Topped it off with some cheese and yum! We were filling up with the bread and just started to eat the meat mixed with the toppings.
