smoked potatoes

i have done smoked potatoes in my snp, but with the mods done i had to remove the top grate to install the chimney extension .........but i cooked the potatoes in the snp at around 225 degree's for 4 to 5 hours .......man the potatoes taste great i cook them for 2 hours them remove and wrap them in foil with a dab of butter but you have to watch them so the butter dont burn !!!!

I just give my Idaho bakers a rub with some EVOO and sprinkle 'em with some kosher salt and place them in the smoker. Check 'em with a temp probe at around the 3 hour mark if the probe goes in easy their done.
