Smoked a beef/pork meatloaf with some diced up veggies in it. Used a home made taco seasoning mix and smoked 3 1/4 hours in the MES at 255F.

Temp where I wanted once done at about 185+F.

Great looking loaf. I dont know which I like better....The first meal or the sammich I make the next day with the leftovers. And I bet yours was great!
