Thanks bud. Sauteeing the bacon and onions together and adding to the ground beef and sausage was a game changer for me. Bacon makes everything better.

I'm gonna have to admit I was kind of sworn off making any meatloaf (long story) but this sure makes me reconsider. That looks delicious Jake. Very nicely done and the plate looks tasty.

I grew up eating a lot of meatloaf and lost a taste for it. Now, its one of my favorite dishes to smoke! It's a staple at our house.
