Well my brother-in-law was in town this weekend so we fired the ole GOSM.
Did 20 pounds of loin and 2 meatloafs , sent a good portion of it back with him, as he does get it much. Took all of it to 165. Used Dutch's maghony sauce on the loin's (used raspberry jelly instead of grape) and Tulsa jeff's BBQ sauce on the meatloaf.. put everything in about 11:00 and pulled it out about 4:00. Also put aload of ABT's and smoked a brick of chedder as well . Pork was a little dry at 165, I'll pull it a 145 next time . Spritzed with lemon juice and water about once an hour. Here are a few pics , did't have a charge the batteries on the camera so only a couple of pics towards the end . We had good eats and a good time.
