Hi every one. Made a real nice meat loaf yesterday. Her are some pictures

Started out with 6 pounds of ground chuck.

Then we filled it with Mozzarella cheese

I use these pans that I get from Sam's club and put holes in them with my leather punch.

Here it is all put together and ready to smoke.

I smoked it at 250 for about 5 hours. Took it off when it hit 160.

I have to tell you it was good with home made mashed potatoes and a veggy we was eating good.

Got my last 2 pictures mixed up but you can tell it mcame out good and the smoke was working real good for me.

X 3 on the cheese looks and sounds good. I have never done a meatloaf yet but it is added to the list!

We tried a smoked meat loaf and wasn't impressed, froze half.  Last week got it out for sandwiches - out-a-sight!  Much better second time around - left overs, the best part of BBQ.

Great looking meat loaf!  Always great to see one on the smoker, good times to come for dinner.

 Keep up the good work.

That looks wonderful!

I make smoked stuffed meat loaves sometimes.  I also use the foil pans and punch holes in them.
