Smoked Meat Loaf

Have done many meatloafs but never with cheese. I also start layering on bbq sauce for the last hour. As many coats as I can get on em. Good stuff. Will have to put some cheese in da next one.

I poke holes in the bottom to let the grease drip out of the pan
