happy Memorial Day. These aren’t quite sausage but man these things came out so good. Put a skewer through the dogs and spiral cut. Coated them in honey mustard. Used some of my homemade pork rib rub and smoked them one hour at 225. Wish I didn’t discover how delicious they are
 
Those look awesome. Had to look up the brand. They are not distributed this far south. B
 
I'm not sure what the name means either . I've done these myself , and yes it's surprising how good they are .
I got the idea from Jeff's recipes .
 
Yum! Love Kayem hot dogs! Another good hot dog around these parts are McKenzie hot dogs!
 
We're a fan of McKenzie's' also. They've been a VT staple for over a hundred years. Nick are those natural casing?
