Smoked Ham

Keith (JckDanls 07) had a brined ham that was supposed to go to the S FL Gathering but since the park got some damage he brought it down here, him and his wife are camping for a week about 5 mins from me.

Here is the ham on the kettle.

No thats not my frogmat i chopped up, its where the ham was sitting on the mat.

DaveOmak... Thanks for the tutorial on doing a ham from start to finish.... excellent taste... I thought it was good with the salt concentration being at only 1.5% ...
