Trying a new twist on canned peppers. I smoked up some garlic to add to them.
I just love garlic just about any way it's used!
So do I especially when it's home grown & fresh
What temp did you smoke them at, and how long?? Or did you just cold smoke them?
Right around 170 unpeeled for about 2hrs.
