smoked fish for party other than salmon?

somebody at her office already bought salmon and it is in the fridge. i still want to do fish. what are my other choices? after i smoked 20 racks of baby backs ribs for the company 4th of july picnic, expectations are high. i have a new electric smoker with an external smoke generator that i built specifically so i can cold smoke.

Trout, catfish, tuna, snapper, mahi-mahi (whitefish for fish tacos), shrimp, scallops, crab.
Really depends on what is available to you.
Are you going for just smoked fish or actually preparing a dish?

no dish is planned at this point, just some smoked fish and crackers and whatnot.

How about a spread?
Have a recipe for smoked catfish or trout spread or a smoked whitefish salad that could be spooned onto crackers. Let me know if any of those sound interesting and I will send you the recipe to look over, just as long as you take pics and post some Qview
