Congrats on the feature.
I don't use tamarind much these days. Don't know why.
Great looking wings.

What is your recipe?
Clove or 2 of minced garlic, 1/4 cup hoisin, 2 T peanut butter, roughly 1 cup water, 1t cornstarch, 1T neutral oil.
Saute garlic in oil, add hoisin, peanut butter, water. Boil, add cornstarch slurry mixed with about 1T water, stir as it thickens. I then adjust consistency with more water if desired, add fish sauce to taste if desired, as well as topping with crushed peanuts.

It's really forgiving. Ultimately comes together based on your personal tastes.

I am gonna have to try this time, for sure. Have you ever finished with a handful of cilantro or Thai basil??

The Vietnamese spring rolls had a healthy amount of Thai Basil in them but I should have put some on the wings as well now that you mentioned it! I put freeze dried green onions on the wings in this case. Speaking of Thai Basil, finally got some Holy Kaprao basil established. It's incredibly hard to find in the US.

Seeds, or live plants?

I like supporting open-source seeds like them and open pollination; Only really venture elsewhere for very hyper regional stuff. One decent planter or a pack of solo cups filled with good soil and seeds- you'll have enough after a season for a decade. Lol. Just pinch those flowers as they come up. For flavor and it will seed/spread like crazy.

Started several from seeds, took some time to germinate but doing well now. Going to let them over winter in the greenhouse.

Stress helps. Plant wet, dry out completely and a day, over water etc. Some people just place seeds in a cup of water til they crack open
