Smoked cream cheese

Been wanting to try this. 2 blocks, one with voodoo and other is the gospel.

On the smoker at 200ish.

One hour in.

Pulled at 2 hours

And my football snack.

I will be making this a lot. So good and creamy, be a awesome camping snack around the campfire.

Yes. You need to. There are so many ways to season and add things to it. I will be doing a lot more for sure

I like to soften the block and mix the everything bagel spice into it and reform it in the box with plastic wrap around it. Then chill and coat the outside, smoke at 180....awesome.

I smoke alot for family and give to friends and office staff as gifts.
There are the new top 3 favorites



I plan to smoke some salmon then mix in and smoke. Just haven't tried it yet.
