I'm not much of a cream cheese eater, but I bet it would bring a pork shot up to the next level.

I kept it in the fridge until it went in the smoker. It didn't even try to melt. Doesnt seem right does.it. 😂
Same here. I usually take them out of the fridge 1 at a time.
And I spray the foil with Pam if delivering the next day. Slides off easily and into a small container. It actually develops more smoke flavor if held overnight.

Been smoking them for the last couple years hard to beat and so simple. I bought some of the cinnamon toast crunch but too scared to use it so far. I score mine just to make them look more uniform.

I am getting to this today. I use to love pouring Pickapeppa sauce over cream cheese. Went to look for some and I guess its hard to find in stores now. Looks like Amazon the only choice now.

These look larger than the cream cheese in the Philadelphia package at the local market?
