I think smoked chuck beef is my favorite (or is it smoked meatloaf; or is it brisket; or is it ... )
Sauce was made from drippings, hot sauce, paprika, garlic, worcestershire, tomato paste.
And I smoked some potatoes, seasoned with garlic and salt, to go with it.
I made beans using a (frozen) red New Mexican chile sauce/base that I had made last summer using my garden produce.
And of course pickles (Grillo's dill spears from Costco).
