6 center cut chops little S&P onion (always grill them this way) cherry and mesquite running at 225-250 for an IT of 145 then foil to rest. Will post finial when done
Should be tasty! Love chops smoked in cherry! Served with those onions some apples sautéed in butter and homemade sauerkraut, mashed taters, ohhhhh yeah

I sautéed the onions with some garlic and asparagus. Was great. Had to put in the oven. Need to get a better meat probe. But all the flavor was still there
This thread is perfect timing.  I have four pork chops to cook for supper and my wife wanted to put them in the crock pot with a little BBQ sauce.  I really didn't want to do that and since I am home today, needed something to do.  Got the onion, and I guess I'll get to smoking in a few hours.  Thanks... is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
