Looks like the chicken turned out great. I do have a suggestion for you though. Next time put the chicken under the other items you are smoking so you don't end up contaminating the other items with raw poultry drippings

Thanks for the tip I never thought of the chicken being on the bottom! We did eat some of the fatties and are both fine but will remember that for the next time.The chicken was rubbed with Suzannes southwestern rub from Cave Creek Arizona it's good but 10$ for a small jar.
