Glad to hear it worked out. I had my base on the shelf of the smoker and got bombarded with disconnect alerts all day... at 1 foot distance. got an email in. Hope the Bluetooth test goes good for ya.

That casserole is still looking good too!

Blue Tooth tests failed miserably. Had the Block and the Meater+ none of the probes would connect via blue tooth. Thankfully I had my instant read with me.

Beautimus!! We do the same, except more of a traditional enchiladas, and don't roll them up. When the boys were little they called them FLATULATAS! Of course, they didn't understand the close relationship with flatulence! ha! Thanks for sharing. You have a new wrinkle for what we like. Gonna try! R
