Smoked Butt, Tater Salad, Lemon Icebox Pie

Just had the pie. Came out great! Excellent flavor, just enough sweetness and perfect amount of lemon. Very refreshing. I hope these photos do it justice. I was only able to snap 2 pics before cutting and devouring! Thanks Jake, the Mrs. loved it and said we'll definitely be doing again. The hardest part was extrapolating the lemon zest.

Thanks Al. We try to eat good around here. 4 kids so rarely eat out. I'm sure it will catch up with me eventually. It's ok to sprinkle BP meds on meals right?
