Nice crispy looking bacon man! I had the same problem with pics recently & it turned out it was a problem at the switch & nothing on my end - I found out the next day after wasting a lot of time testing & reconfiguring...

I wasn't sure how this chicken was going to turn out. Fatties aren't usually a problem unless they're overstuffed. I haven't even done a spatchcocked chicken yet, let alone one where all the bones are removed. Guess if I'll do a few more it'll get easier but, I don't think I want to smoke them this way often.
