Smoked Bologna Blossom

I always smoke a bologna for my first cook while traveling with the trailer. Its a simple fast cook, easy to share with campground neighbors . Radio Gal and I are at North Myrtle Beach S.C. visiting with family. I saw this on YouTube and just had to try it. It turned out great, love the look. Stop on over We like to share.
