TNJake's got a winner. Attempts at taking it apart will only make it worse.
If you can, mount it with a spacer so the inner gauge side is as far from the cooker walls as it can reasonably be. The temp difference between inside and outside is partially what's driving the moisture to condense on the cool outer (glass) face.
And it's a scientifically time-honored experimental principle to tap on a gauge when reading it...that might cause some of that fog to roll down and allow you to see the numbers better too.
