The temp gauge for the Vault is very foggy and it's hard to read the temp well. Any idea if it's possible to take the thing apart to wipe it down?

I'd take it out and drop it in a bag of rice for a couple days. Then seal up the edges with some silicone or something.......or buy a better gauge

TNJake's got a winner. Attempts at taking it apart will only make it worse.
If you can, mount it with a spacer so the inner gauge side is as far from the cooker walls as it can reasonably be. The temp difference between inside and outside is partially what's driving the moisture to condense on the cool outer (glass) face.
And it's a scientifically time-honored experimental principle to tap on a gauge when reading it...that might cause some of that fog to roll down and allow you to see the numbers better too.
