Make a great sliced sandwich too . You get the light and dark sections of meat .
People get nervous because it feels tough until you get around 180 . 185 / 195 should give you a nice slice .

Thanks for the comment . Comes from the shoulder area around the picnic , and under the butt . Just depends how it's cut out .
