Hello to everyone, new here, and fairly new to smoking. Just wanted a place i can share my love of smoking with others and share some pics of my own smoked creations. I have a masterbuilt propane/charcoal vertical smoker tht i only recently began using. I applewood smoked this chicken for 3 hours at about 250-300 degrees. I also smoked a beef tenderloin for about 4 hours at 225-250 using a mix of hickory and apple wood.any and all opinions welcome and appreciated.
