SMF Art-A Watermelon Creation/waste not

So I was getting ready to make a jicama and watermelon salad earlier and the water melon was a bit past its prime.
Not completely bad or anything but you know, a bit more than acceptable...
So what do I do with an extra watermelon besides throw it in the compost? I figured (in a bit of a vodka induced state) it would be nice to have a member submitted type of dedication section to the site. Bits of artwork specialty painted smokers or things like traveling to Madagascar and logging onto SMF,members showing off their SMF love around the globe, member submitted tokens of love and admiration for the OTBS, a Q party where someone has a bit too much of the wee nip and decides to tattoo SMF on their forehead (don't do it!) or things of that nature.
So bad watermelon, some rub and some liquid smoke. I carved out the watermelon, sprinkled a rub that I had sugar in AND left the lid off of (oops), a bit of mustard for accentuation and some liquid smoke for deep color...

Actually yeah, I have it from a while ago.
C'mon, how many of you have had a bottle of liquid smoke at one time or another...anyone?
But yes I must admit I have a bottle but I don't use it, that's why it went with the overripe watermelon and overmoist rub.

MUCH wiser choice... wouldn't have wanted you to have cranked up the smoker and tried to smoke that thang.. er, fine piece of delicate artwork.. and fallen asleep, doing a 10 or 12 hour smoke on a mustard/rub watermelon.. just try to imagine the morphing of that inside your smoker.. losing all it's water, imploding, mustard everywhere, turning ruby red to amber brown.. but, wonder what it would taste like???
