Was gifted a package of Hawaiian rolls so I did what any true American would do.......made sliders!
Rolled out a package of burger on a pan ( no wax paper, somebody put an empty roll back in the drawer.....) seasoned with garlic salt and topped with 1 large chopped white onion. Scored to fit multiple buns and tossed on the griddle. Toasted the buns, added cheese and bam...flavor blasted mini smash burgers!
Sorry for the lack if pics. Sometimes griddling gets fast!

Definitely doing again soon!

I haven’t tried doing the sliders yet, only full size smash burgers, you have me convinced! Great cook!

Quick tip for rolling out your burger. Put it in a gallon ziplock roll out. Cut the edges. And pull it out. Works great been doing it for years when making fatties.

Those aren't White Castle! But I'll show up at your door at 2-AM for a sack.
Wait, I'm not college aged and don't do those things.
Since the kids flew the nest rarely do sliders as wife and I do bun less off the kettle these days.

Lol, I def wasnt trying for white castles, Id like to think im out of that "stage" in my life lolol. Door is always open but pretty much anymore, the only reason im up at 2 am is to take a leak........;)
