Made some sliders with 80/20 ground beef that was on sale.Picked up a Griddle for my gas BBQ grill. The Rock (reversible griddle) No room for a Blackstone so I am happy to say this works great.

Sliders were weighed 1oz. each

Made 6 lbs. sorry not doing single shots

Slider mold makes 3 at a time

Diced and grilled some Onions

6 burgers nothing falling off this

Cheese for all quick shot of 3

In and plated with some fries,Sliders on King Haaiian rolls

Thanks for looking

Richie

* every gas grill needs one of these Griddles !!

They look delicious Richie!

The only way to get a super greasy cheeseburger is on a griddle.

Can't have them all the time, but once in a while I just have to have one too!

Good looking burgers. Are you talking about White Castle? Yeah I could eat 10....20 if under the influence hehe.

I need to get a good griddle for the grill. The cheapos I buy tend to warp with the heat.

Tasty looking sliders,I like your press as well. We use mini croissants for rolls sometimes really adds to the health factor.

Looks great Richie!  I love the crust a griddle puts on a burger!  The Cheese and onions definitely remind me of white castle which I am not ashamed to admit, I do love!
