My first smoked meal. Sirloin tip roast covered with A-1 and Montreal, wrapped and chilled for 24. Meatballs wrapped in bacon. I think it turned out pretty good, the family loved it and I thought it taste pretty good.......but this is really the first smoked food I have had so I don't have much for comparison
