Last week we had snow in the Mid Atlantic area and cold weather, the kids had early dismal from school on Monday and I had to take a 1/2 day off from work. Well, with a rare 63° day and very sunny,

Couldn't let a day like that get away when the snow and cold is coming back, had to break out the hard artillery.

one sirloin tip roast, Add in some spices....

Put it on R2D2 for several hours at 230°F....

Finished Project:

Presto! one hell of a smoke ring.

wow, look at that ring!
Thanks guys - I'm ready to move up from the ECB to something more with more temp control. I might find a Brinkmann Groument and add the sealed bottom. is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
