Man, been a while since I smoked one...can't for the life of me remember how long it took. If smoked @ 225* to 140-142* internal (for 145* carry-over), it should be around 0.75hrs/lb, if I recall correctly.

Definitely do not inject this big boy, as it will take forever to pass through the 40-140* danger-zone temps.
