Hi everybody. Just found this forum today. I used to be on a different smoking forum, but a password hiccup has locked me out of my account. Rather than try to contact the MODS, I googled until I found this place to start over. This place has a lot more members, and I really like the Vbulletin setup.

I'm Talleymonster, of Las Vegas, Nv. I wouldn't call myself a total noob, but at the same time I'm no Pitmaster either.

I currently have a Brinkmann Gourmet Smoker(ECB) with a few mods. I also have a Kenmore three burner gas grill. One of these days I'm going to build a 55 gallon smoker...... one of these days.

I love smoking Ribs. I've also tried my hand at beer can chicken, pork butt, brisket, etc.

I'm always looking to try out new recipes and different meats.
