Happy Thursday Great Folks!

While my lunch today is just as basic as can be, (smoked a salmon steak to layer over my salad and with a ginger garlic dressing), I’m making a platter of Swordfish Crudo tonight for my dinner, and since that’s raw, and doesn’t fit in a forum section per se; I wanted to at least jump on with my lunch today anyway, and send out some “Happy Thursday Cheer.”

Thanks Corky! I simply mop the steak through grapeseed oil and put it on the smoker for about 15 minutes. (I like it rare in the middle or at least soft and "fall apart-esque").

So simple, but yet healthful, delicious, and just a perfect lunch!
