I'm working on a project tonight so I'm kind of distracted, but the bride wanted supper. I asked what she wanted and she said, "bologna sammich with cheese!"

Sounded good to me, so I asked if she wanted it toasted, she didn't, but I did!

I made hers first. Regular white bread, American sliced cheese, and homemade smoked bologna.

Your bologna may have a first name, but mine darn near has its own zipcode! 125mm casing size!

For my sammich, I put mayo on the bread, then added mortadella, smoked cheddar cheese, and then mettwurst. The outside of the bread was coated in butter, and then grilled in a hot pan.

I'm now full and ready for bed, but still working on a project that I hope I can present on SMF later this week.

That sir is a great looking meal

Nice job Charlie!

Makes me want to get a pack of bologna out of the freezer.

We like fried bologna sammies!

Man that looks good, Cranky! I was planning pizza with Pancetta for our Friday night easy meal, but grilled cheese with Pancetta and Balogna is sounding pretty good now (I don't have Mortadella)!
