i was asked to help a single mother friend of ours with grad party meat. she originally said she wanted me to smoke 40 of chicken breasts! not the easiest care free meat to smoke but i said sure why not. lol im glad she only brought over 30#. i found out that is the utmost maximum my smoker will hold! really it was 5-10# too much imo. but they only wanted a light smoke so i figured i could make it work. a heavy smoking for hour n half. then i put them in my roaster to bring them to temp. i found out that 30# is all my roaster will hold too. lol so i gain so usefull copasity knowledge yesterday.:emoji_wink:

Please post up some finished pics if you had time to take one.

thanks for the kind words. no sorry i didnt get any pics after wards. i sent them home with her last night. she was going to shred and sauce this morning. she said when she pulled it out to do so it was good enough to leave bare. it just got chopped up like it was. it got good compliments so pfeeew:emoji_fingers_crossed: i was sweating that cook a bit.

Excellent job with all that...

I found out when overloading on the tractor it had a hard time breathing... Had a hard time getting temps back up after loading... Had to run with the firebox door open a bit to help bring temps up (get air to flow through the smoker)...

This is overloaded (click to enlarge)
