Pork chops seasoned with bad Byron's butt rub.

Hard to see but I am using the vortex offset.

3 with BBQ sauce and one without.

Plated and a horrible fork pic.

I seared over the vortex to get a bit of char, I over cooked them. Maybe next time treat it like a steak, cold smoke then sear.

Looks good. Grilled pork chops have been a great meal to me since I was a child.

For me too. Wife never had them, finally talked her into trying them after 10 years.

We have been thinking about pork chops for a week.

After seeing yours, I'm heading out to the store to get a couple!

Nice job Adam!

Point!

Thanks Gary.

We buy whole loins on sale then cut 2 roasts off of the ends and cut chops out of the center.

Looks good to me.
Seldom met a pork chop I didn't like.

So ya overcooked them a wee bit, don't bust your own chops over it.

I pun therefore I am.
Now that's funny.

They were still tender, just not as juicy.

I think they still look tasty and the BBQ sauce couldn't hurt any!
Thanks.

The bbq sauce really added flavor with the bit of char added to a bland porkk chop
