Shrimp Dip

Just wanted to share a link to a delicious shrimp dip recipe that we had for New Year’s Eve. It’s not too complicated but man was it delicious. We only used half of the recommended amount of shrimp but it seemed like plenty to us. With the biggest football games of the year coming up I thought some of you might like to do something just a bit different.

Garlic Shrimp Dip

That does sound good. My Dad use to make a simple Shrimp Dip.
1 Cup Spicy Cocktail Sauce,
2-8 Oz pack Cream Cheese, softened, 1/2 Lb Cooked Shrimp, minced.
Whip all until fluffy, with an electric hand mixer and serve.
We usually dipped Rippled Potato Chips in it but anything you like to dip works...JJ

My aunt used to make one when I was little that had horseradish in it. I still can't find a dang recipe for it, but it was whipped like chef's above.
