No bacon over the window. That’s some stupid valance the wife wanted. I hate it but after all she owns 75% of this place. So there you go. It used to be 50% but with current inflation she now has 75% , lol.

Looking for idea's for a ham steak and of course Eric had a thread. Love being reminded of him through his threads! Surprising only a few thread on ham steaks.

Ah man, I remember those ristras.. I've done tons of huge butt "ham" steaks, but even picnics are unheard of and super pricey in comparison. Have to call the farms around here to get the hams.

I know he use to buy Sugardale ham steaks. I bought one last week and thought of him. Those steaks are good...I can get 3 meals out of one.
