Got a masonry smoker?   Show us how awesome it really is.   Q-view time!!

Did a wedding a couple weeks ago.   126lbs of pork.   Full load for my smoker.   11 hrs smoke.   Folks loved it.   Going to be a good summer!!

Time to wrap.  Packed 3 deep.  Water pan has become a grease pit.

Where there is fire, there is awesome smoked pork.

Nice looking cook. The next time you know someone who is getting married, I volunteer to be the designated taster.

Dang it man that looks great,,,, Hope it all went well

A full smoker is a happy smoker and you should be happy happy happy

Obviously that smoker has been well used!

Love my smoker!   We have something going in it about every week-end.   If we grill, I'll fire it just to smoke tators.    Tators love a slow smoky cook.

I promise you won't be disappointed.   We trim our butts,  rub them down with Jeff's rub (with a little more added)  and smoke them over fire.  No sauce needed.

Thanks DS.    I do my best to keep my smoker happy.    The wedding was awesome!    I love seeing folks smile when eating good food.

Thank you for your service DS.   You are my hero!   Love the men and women who have fought for this country.   Thank you sir!!
