Haven't posted any cooks in a while, Nothing spectacular Wife made us some Shish-Kabobs And I cooked em on the grill. Meat was Choice Top Sirloin and it WAS tender
Beautiful and I am so Happy to see separate Skewers for Meat and Veg! There is just NO WAY to get Med/Rare or Medium Beef or Lamb and properly cooked Tender Crisp veggies with everything on one skewer!...JJ
Love shishkabobs. Hadn't thought of doing the meat on separate sticks, but now that I've seen it, I hit myself upside the head and thought, "why didn't I start doing that forty years ago?"
