I figured it was time to do some shish kabobs. And it gave me a reason to try out these sausages I brought back from vacation.
I cut these into 2" pieces along with 2 pounds of pork tender loin. I marinated the pork in this marinade for 4 or so hours.
Then skewered them up.
Then put them on the weber with direct heat with some hickory chips mixed with the charcoal until the tenderloin hit 140.
Plated up with a mac salad with "lobster" and bacon with a caeser dressing.
Meal was excellent. This marinade really worked great with the pork. And the sausage was delicious. Wish I bought more then 2 packs!
